New Intense Flavours
KIS Global Flavor has expanded its line of French-made chocolate confections imported from South France. These chocolates are full of intense flavours and made with rich cocoa butter. Some have almond centres with almond paste, then coated with marbleized cinnamon and chocolate. Others have candied citrus centres, covered with premium dark flavour

orange and lemon chocolate. The newest chocolate art is the ‘Coeur de Figue,’ which is made from comfits of fig fruit in the core and covered with gianduja chocolate with colours of green and violet to resemble the natural colour of figs. ‘Amour de Cerise’ has a delicate cherry ‘pâte de fruits’ centre that is coated with a layer of gianduja chocolate and finished to resemble cherries. Finally, ‘Truffes aux Amandes Entieres’ starts with Provencal almonds coated with nougatine and wrapped around chocolate mixed with full-bodied hazelnut praline.
