In the June/July issue of Canadian
Florist, our By Design section featured designs by Susanne Law, AIFD,
CPFD. Susanne is an accredited professional floral designer who will be
inducted into AIFD in Chicago in July 2008. A resident of Surrey, B.C.,
Susanne recently joined Design 358, a new concept floral event and
management team.

MANY MEMORIES
White phalaenopsis orchids are a favourite flower for sympathy work. An
abstract painting helps to extract the dramatic colours in the throat
of the orchid. The man-made stand of magnolia branches helps to display
the painting and the orchid stems. This piece may be used to showcase a
loved one’s passion for painting and flowers. |
